What is NLP? Full-Form of NLP is Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as the name suggests ‘neuro’ refers to the brain, ‘linguistic’ refers to language and ‘programming’ is the installation of a strategy, procedure, or plan. NLP is the study of what works in thinking, language, and behavior. It provides a systematic framework for directing our brain and body. It defines the way how you code and produce excellence which enables you to achieve the results that you want in each area of life.
Our body has 80 billion neurons. These neurons have their language. Whatever you do on regular basis creates a behavior pattern. Those behavior patterns save in neuron and you can say it programed the neuron according to behavior pattern. This programmed behavior is your habit.
Example of NLP
Understand NLP by example: Someone teaches you verbally ‘how to drive a car?’. But only by knowing you can’t drive a car because neurons of the hand, leg, and brain not programmed. you need daily practice to program these neurons. Daily practice of something builds a pattern of that particular behavior. When you programmed these neurons then it becomes easy to drive a car.
What you do, in your daily routine, all are behavioral patterns that are built-in neurons. Everyone has their own pattern. That’s the reason we all have different behavior. All have different ways of walking, bathing, eating food, writing, sleeping, and other many activities. Whatever you do regularly, whether it is positive or negative it builds the pattern in your Subconscious Mind and becomes your habit.
These neurons where your patterns are saved or in another language where your habits are installed in your Subconscious Mind. NLP is all about understanding this programmed behavior that is installed in your Subconscious Mind, so you can Reprogram your Subconscious Mind for some bad behavior or some bad habits. If you understand NLP you can solve many problems of your life whether it is physical problem or a mental problem.
What NLP can do?
NLP is an effective method for rapidly changing a wide range of problems including unwanted habits, guilt, grief, weight loss, abuse, criticism, shame, stagefright, and phobias. It also offers ways to enhance self-esteem, improve relationships, become more independent, create positive motivation, eliminate allergic responses, and promote self-healing.
