Vipassana is a method of self-transformation through introspection. It focuses on the deep interrelationship between mind and body, which can be experienced directly through disciplined meditation on the bodily sensations that constitute the life of the body, and which continually connect and condition the life of the mind. It is an observation-based, self-discovery journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.
The Goal of Vipassana Meditation: There are a lot of meditation techniques but in vipassana meditation, you simply observe your inner self instead of consciously controlling the experience.
