We watch a lot of stuff on YouTube and read books & blogs about health. Most of the searches are about “how to lose weight?”, ” What to do to stay healthy?” or “What things to do to improve health?”. The answer to these questions that we get, it would say “do this and this and this and you will live forever”. So, we get excited until we get another stuff. All the stuff on diet and health contradicted each other.

In this blog, I am going to share the common facts which have some amazing results. After studying so much on health & weight loss, I read a book in which I finally found a way to live that is hassle-free and not diet oriented (notice what the first three letters in the word “diet” spell) – a way that respected how my body worked.

Our ultimate goal for health should be cleansing and nurturing our body, not clogging and poisoning it. So it’s important to what we should eat and drink, and how to breathe. Understand how your body works, respect it, take care of it, and it will take care of you. You have been learning to run your own brain. Now you must learn how to run your body. Here are the six keys for Amazing Health and Energy for your body.

First Key : Power of Breath

To get fit we all focus on diet and exercise to get fit. But forget the most essential part of our life, without which we can’t even think to live for few second. That is oxygen. The foundation of health is a healthy bloodstream, the system that transports oxygen and nutrients to all the cells of your body. If you have a healthy circulation system, you’re going to live a long, healthy life. The control button for that system is Breathing.

Know about Breathing Process

Breathing not only controls the oxygenation of the cells but also controls the flow of lymph fluid which contains white blood cells to protect the body. Lymph system: Every cell in our body is surrounded by lymph. We have four times as much lymph fluid in our body as we do blood. Blood is pumped from our heart arteries to the thin porous capillaries, where they are then diffused into this fluid around the cells called lymph. The Lymph system also called as body’s sewage system. All the toxic materials or you say waste are contains by the lymph system which should be removed. Best way to activate this system by deep breathing. So if you want to have a healthy bloodstream with effective lymph and immune systems, you need to breathe deeply and produce the movements that will stimulate them.

Dr. Jack Shields, a highly regarded lymphologist from Santa Barbara, California, conducted an interesting study of the immune system. He put cameras inside people’s bodies to see what stimulated the cleansing of the lymph system. He found that a deep diaphragmatic breath is the most effective way to accomplish this. It creates something like a vacuum that sucks lymph through the bloodstream and multiplies the pace at which the body eliminates toxins. In fact, deep breathing and exercise can accelerate this process by as much as fifteen times.

How to Breathe Properly?

The problem is that most people don’t know how to breathe. Let me share with you the most effective way to breathe in order to cleanse your system that I learn from a book. You should breathe in this ratio: Inhale one count, hold four counts, exhale two counts. If you inhaled for four seconds, you would hold for sixteen and exhale for eight seconds. Inhale by the nose and exhale by mouth. Why exhale for twice as long as you inhale? That’s when you eliminate toxins via your lymphatic system. Why hold four times as long? That’s how you can fully oxygenate the blood and activate your lymphatic system. When you breathe, you should start from deep in your abdomen, like a vacuum cleaner that’s getting rid of all toxins in the blood system.

There is no food or vitamin pill in the world that can do for you what excellent breathing patterns can do. Whether you do exercise or not at least take 10 deep Breaths, in the above ratio, at least three times a day.

Second Key : Principle of Eating Water Rich Foods

70% of the planet covered with water. Human body is made up of about 80% water. So what do you think a large percentage of our diet should contain? 70% of our diet should contain water-rich food. That means fresh fruits or vegetables, or their juices freshly squeezed.

Some people recommend drinking from 8 to 13 glasses of water a day to flush out the system. Most of our water isn’t so great. Chances are it contains chlorine, fluoride, minerals, and other toxic substances. Drinking distilled water is usually the best idea. Instead of trying to flush your system by flooding it with water, all you have to do is eat foods that are naturally rich in water. There are only three kinds on the planet: fruits, vegetables, and sprouts.

Your diet should be consistently assisting your body with the process of cleansing, rather than burdening it with indigestible foodstuff. The buildup of waste products within the body promotes diseases. A poor diet had a pronounced effect on your life. It drains your mental and physical energy. It affects your mood and it hampers the clarity of your mind. As you nourish your body, so you nourish your mind.

Eat Live Foods

Non-veg food is not good for health. Non-veg is not water-rich food. You should eat only live foods. Basically, live foods are those that are created through the natural interaction of sun, air, soil, and water. What I am talking about here is a vegetarian diet. Fill your plate with fresh vegetables, fruits, and grains. This is the diet that nature intended. It is alive, vital, and supremely healthy. The most powerful animals on the earth, ranging from gorillas to elephants, wear the badge of proud vegetarian.

Your digestive system is one of the most energy-consuming processes of your entire body, valuable energy reserves are needlessly deleted by this foodstuff. If you don’t want to become a strict vegetarian, at least start having a salad with every meal and fruit for dessert. This key principle will also help you in weight loss.

Third Key : Principle of Effective Food Combining

Many great scientists have studied food combining. They found different types of foods require different types of digestive juices, and not all digestive juices are compatible. Some people turn food combining into something very complicated, but it’s actually pretty simple: Some foods should not be eaten with others. Some combinations are totally destructive to your Internal system.

Let me explain to you why some combinations are destructive and how you can save yourself large amounts of nerve energy you may currently be wasting. Different foods are digested differently. Starchy foods like rice, bread, potatoes, and so on require an alkaline digestive medium, which is initially supplied in the mouth by the enzyme ptyalin. Protein foods like meat, dairy, nuts, seeds, etc require an acid medium for digestion-hydrochloric acid and pepsin. Now it is a law of chemistry that two contrary mediums(acid and alkali) cannot work at the same time. They neutralize each other. If you eat a protein with starch, digestion is impaired or completely arrested. Undigested food becomes soil for bacteria, which ferment and decompose it, giving rise to digestive disorders and gas. Fifth Key : Principle of Effective Fruit Consumption

The fruit is the most perfect food. It takes the least amount of energy to digest and gives your body the most in return. The only food your brain can work on is glucose. The fruit is primarily fructose (which can be easily converted into glucose), and it’s most often 90-95 percent water. That means it’s cleansing and nurturing at the same time.

The only problem with fruit is that most people don’t know how to eat it in a way that allows the body effectively to use its nutrients. You must always eat fruits on an empty stomach. Why? The reason is that fruit is not primarily digested in the stomach. It digests in the small intestine. The fruit is designed to go right through the stomach in a few minutes and into the intestines, where it releases its sugars. But if there is meat or potatoes or starch in the stomach, the fruit gets trapped there and begins to ferment.

You must always eat fruits on an empty stomach. When you wake in the morning, if you take bed tea or a coffee, stop it. Start eating fresh fruit or drink freshly squeezed fruit juice, in few days you will start to feel a new rush of vitality and energy you won’t believe. Welcome to the wonderful world of protein where humans always try various items to maintain their high protein diet. No bigger lie has ever been told than the one that human beings require a high protein diet to maintain optimum health and well-being.

Let’s find a model of how much protein you might really need or how much is your high protein diet necessity. When do you think people are most in need of protein? Probably when they are infants. At infantry stage they don’t required high protein diet. Mother nature has provided food, mother’s milk, that supplies the infant with everything it needs. Guess how much of mother’s milk is protein – 50%, 25%, 10%? Too high in every case. Mother’s milk is 2.18 % protein at birth and reduces to 1.2 to 1.6 % protein in 6 months. That’s all. So where do we get the idea that humans need massive amounts of protein?

Non-vegetarian food is not good for health

Eating non-vegetarian food for a high protein diet is a bad idea. The milk of animals is also not good for health. We mostly use the milk of cows and buffalo. Animals’ milk is to be consumed by them only. Like milk of a cow is for their babies only. Every animal has milk with the right balance of elements for that animal. Many problems can result from drinking the milk of other animals.
